三七粉在我院临床中的应用

Application of Sanqi Powder in Our Hospital

目的分析三七粉在我院临床治疗中的应用情况,对三七粉的临床使用提供参考资料。方法我院收治的患者48例,分别来自内科和骨科,观察其使用三七粉后的临床疗效。结果通过本研究显示,痊愈患者为28例,好转患者17例,无效患者3例,治疗好转率为93.75%。相比治疗前有显著差异(χ2=176.471,P=0.000)。结论临床使用三七粉能够起到补血止血、降低血脂、调节免疫等效果。在对内科和骨科等患者能够起到较好的治疗效果。尤其是使用三七粉治疗,安全性和服药耐受性也较高。因此在对这类患者治疗时,可优先使用三七粉治疗,以期取得更好的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the application of Panax notoginseng powder in the clinical treatment of our hospital and provide references for the clinical use of Panax notoginseng powder. Methods 48 patients admitted to our hospital were from internal medicine and orthopedics, respectively. The clinical efficacy of the application of Sanchi powder was observed. Results Through this study, 28 patients recovered, 17 patients improved and 3 patients failed. The improvement rate was 93.75%. There was a significant difference compared to before treatment(χ2=176.471, P=0.000). Conclusion The clinical use of notoginseng powder can play the role of hemostasis, lowering blood fat, regulating immunity and so on. In the medical and orthopedic patients can play a better therapeutic effect. In particular, the use of notoginseng powder treatment, safety and medication tolerance is also higher. Therefore, the treatment of such patients, the priority can be used notoginseng powder treatment, in order to achieve better therapeutic effect.
