分析3.0T高分辨磁共振成像对直肠癌浸润深度的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探析直肠癌患者用3.0T高分辨磁共振成像对其浸润深度的检查诊断价值。方法取本院50例直肠癌患者为分析对象,所有患者均接受3.0T高分辨磁共振成像检查。对患者临床数据以回顾性方式进行分析。结果所有患者接受高分辨3.0T核磁共振成像扫描后,发现直肠癌病灶中位在上段的有8例,在中段的有34例,在下段的有8例。有2例患者为直肠腺癌合并粘液腺癌分化,T_2WI图像上可见有多发囊状改变,且其中显示出明显的高信号(和直肠周围脂肪的信号相接近)。对直肠癌患者应用高分辨MRI诊断后,准确性达到90.0%(45/50)。在对T_(1-2)期和T_(3-4)期进行鉴别诊断中,准确性达到96.0%(48/50),其中2例患者评估过高。结论对直肠癌患者用高分辨磁共振成像方式进行检查能够有效判断浸润程度,对了解肿瘤分期有重要价值,有助于指导医生制定对应的治疗措施,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 3.0 T high-resolution magnetic resonance imagingin the diagnosis of invasive depth in patients with rectal cancer. Methods Fifty patients with rectal cancer wereenrolled in the study. All patients underwent 3.0 T high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging. Patient clinical datawere analyzed in a retrospective manner. Results All patients underwent high-resolution 3.0 T MRI scans and foundthat there were 8 median rectal cancer lesions in the upper segment, 34 in the middle segment, and 8 in the lowersegment. Two patients had rectal adenocarcinoma with mucinous adenocarcinoma differentiation, and multiple cysticchanges were seen on the T2 WI image, and there was a clear high signal(close to the signal around the rectal fat). Afterhigh-resolution MRI diagnosis in patients with rectal cancer, the accuracy reached 90.0%(45/50). In the differentialdiagnosis of T1-2 and T3-4, the accuracy reached 96.0%(48/50), of which 2 patients were overestimated. ConclusionHigh-resolution magnetic resonance imaging for patients with rectal cancer can effectively determine the degree ofinfiltration, which is of great value for understanding tumor staging, and helps guide doctors to develop correspondingtreatment measures, which is worth promoting.
