摘要
目的探析在中药房中展开品管圈活动对于中药饮片质量管理的积极影响及推广价值。方法对本院中药房开展品管圈活动之后的相关数据进行回顾性分析,归纳中药饮片常见不合格的情况和原因并据此制定对应的调整、改进方案,比较落实品管圈活动前后中药房中药饮片质量情况。结果在落实品管圈活动之后,对中药饮片质量管理过程中发生不合格的情况,有了明显降低,且前后数据比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中药房推行并确保品管圈活动的贯彻实施,有利于提高对中药饮片的质量管理,保障对疾病的治疗效果以及医院服务质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the positive impact and promotion value of quality control circle activities inChinese pharmacies on the quality management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. Methods Retrospectiveanalysis of relevant data after conducting quality control circle activities in Chinese pharmacies, summarizing the commonunqualified conditions and causes of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and formulating correspondingadjustment and improvement plans according to this, comparing and implementing the quality control circle activitiesbefore and after the quality of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in pharmacies. Results After the implementation ofquality control circle activities, the situation of unqualified quality in the process of quality management of traditionalChinese medicine decoction pieces was significantly reduced and the data before and after comparison were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing and ensuring the implementation of quality control circle activities inChinese pharmacies is conducive to improving the quality management of Chinese medicine decoction pieces, ensuring thetreatment effect on diseases and the quality of hospital services, which is worth promoting.
