眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床研究

Clinical Study of Fundus Laser Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床效果与价值。方法对本院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的DR患者90例进行回顾性分析,对照组行常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上行眼底激光治疗,观察其治疗前后的临床疗效。结果实验组临床疗效、视力评估(视力升高、视力下降)、临床症状改善时间等指标与对照组相比更优,有差异(P<0.05),其中两组患者视力稳定对比无差异(P> 0.05);90例患者治疗前后视力、眼底及荧光造影情况对比:依据治疗时间先后顺序来看,治疗60d后患者的视力、眼底与荧光造影明显优于治疗30d时和治疗前,各项临床症状均得到改善,且荧光造影结果显示呈阴性,证明视网膜病变好转明显。结论在DR临床治疗中,眼底激光治疗的临床效果极佳,有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of fundus laser in the treatment of diabeticretinopathy(DR). Methods Ninety patients with DR admitted from January 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital wereretrospectively analyzed. The control group was treated with routine therapy, the experimental group was treated withfundus laser on the basis of routine treatment, and the clinical effect was observed before and after treatment. ResultsThe clinical efficacy, visual acuity evaluation(visual acuity increased, visual acuity decreased) and clinical symptomimprovement time in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05), and there was nosignificant difference in the visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05). Comparison of visual acuity, fundus andfluorescence contrast before and after treatment: according to the order of treatment time, the visual acuity, fundus andfluorescein of the patients after 60 days treatment were significantly better than those at 30 days after treatment andbefore treatment. All the clinical symptoms were improved, and the results of fluorescence angiography were negative,which proved that retinopathy was improved obviously. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of DR, the clinical effectof fundus laser treatment is excellent and has good clinical application value.
