脑出血后早发性癫痫发作的发生率及其影响因素的应用研究

Study on the Incidence of Early Epileptic Seizures after Cerebral Hemorrhage and Its Influencing Factors

目的研究分析脑出血后患者早发性癫痫发作的发生率以及影响因素。方法选择我院接受治疗的20例脑出血患者,并对其进行回顾性分析,观察早发性癫痫发作的发生率,并使用统计学方法将早发性癫痫发作与影响因素进行分析。结果 20例脑出血患者中,3例患者存在早发性癫痫发作,占比15.0%,较为常见的发作类型为全身强直阵挛性;经过单因素分析:电解质紊乱、皮质出血、再发脑出血容易导致早发性癫痫发作;经过Logistic回归分析:出血次数以及部位、电解质情况与早发性癫痫发作之间存在紧密关系,而皮质出血是独立危险因素。结论脑出血后患者很容易出现早发性癫痫发作,而且发生率较高,而电解质紊乱、皮质出血、再发脑出血是影响早发性癫痫发作的原因,其中皮质出血是独立危险因素。

Objective To study the incidence of early epileptic seizures and the influencing factors in patientswith cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Twenty patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital were selectedand analyzed retrospectively. The incidence of early epileptic seizures was observed. Statistical methods were used toanalyze the early epileptic seizures and their influencing factors. Results Among 20 patients with cerebral hemorrhage,3 patients had early epileptic seizures, accounting for 15.0%. The most common type of seizures was generalized tonicclonic seizures. Univariate analysis showed that electrolyte disturbance, cortical hemorrhage and recurrent cerebralhemorrhage were easy to lead to early epilepsy. Logistic regression analysis showed that there was a close relationshipbetween the number of bleeding, location, electrolyte status and early epileptic seizures, and cortical hemorrhage wasan independent risk factor. Conclusion Early epileptic seizures are easy to occur in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and the incidence is high. Electrolyte disturbance, cortical hemorrhage and recurrent cerebral hemorrhage are thecauses of early epileptic seizures. Cortical hemorrhage is an independent risk factor.
