银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液对急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性研究

Efficacy and Safety of Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection in Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液对急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年11月收治的100例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各组50例。对照组给予注射用血栓通治疗,观察组采用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效变化并观察不良反应。结果两组治疗前NIHSS评分和BI指数无明显变化(P> 0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组且BI指数高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死中应用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗效果显著,安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Ginkgo Diterpene lactone meglumine injection inacute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital fromJanuary 2018 to November 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control groupaccording to the random number table method, fifty cases in each group. The control group was treated with thrombusinjection for injection, and the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Diterpene lactone meglumine injection. Theclinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in the NIHSS score andBI index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The NIHSS score was lower in the observation group thanin the control group and the BI index was higher than the control group(P<0.05). It was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Ginkgo Diterpene lactone meglumine injection in acute CIS has significant therapeuticeffect and high safety, which is worthy of application.
