心理护理策略对白癜风患者不良心理的改善效果研究

Effect of Psychological Nursing Strategy on the Improvement of Bad Psychology in Patients with Vitiligo

目的研究心理护理策略对白癜风患者不良心理的改善效果。方法按照计算机表法的方式将2017年3月至2018年3月期间在我院进行治疗的100例白癜风患者均分成研究组和参照组,每组各50例患者。两组患者均接受常规治疗和护理,研究组患者在此基础上再接受心理护理策略干预,对比两组患者护理后不良心理的改善情况以及治疗疗效和护理满意度。结果根据调查结果显示,护理前两组患者抑郁评分以及焦虑评分数据对比差异不明显,P> 0.05;护理干预后,研究组患者的抑郁评分以及焦虑评分均明显低于参照组,组内相关数据对比差异显示为P> 0.05,存在统计学意义;护理后研究组患者的护理满意度以及治疗疗效也明显高于参照组,数据对比符合统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论白癜风患者进行护理护理策略干预,能够有效改善患者的不良心理情况,同时还能够明显提高患者的护理满意度以及治疗疗效,临床效果较为显著,应当推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing strategies on the improvement of badpsychology in patients with vitiligo. Methods 100 patients with vitiligo treated in our hospital from March 2017 toMarch 1818 were divided into study group and reference group according to the computer table method, with 50 patients in each group. Both groups received routine treatment and nursing. The patients in the study group receivedpsychological nursing intervention on the basis of this, comparing the improvement of adverse psychology aftertreatment and the treatment efficacy and nursing satisfaction. Results According to the survey results, there was nosignificant difference in the scores of depression scores and anxiety scores between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05. After the nursing intervention, the depression score and anxiety score of the study group were significantlylower than the reference group. The correlation data of the group showed P>0.05, which was statistically significant.The nursing satisfaction and treatment efficacy of the study group were also significantly higher than the referencegroup. The data comparison was statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The intervention of nursing care strategyfor patients with vitiligo can effectively improve the patient’s unhealthy mental condition. At the same time, it cansignificantly improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction and therapeutic effect. The clinical effect is more significant andshould be promoted and applied.
