艾灸结合耳穴压丸治疗顺铂化疗引起胃肠道反应的临床护理效果

Clinical Nursing Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Auricular Point Pressing in Treating Gastrointestinal Reactions Induced by Cisplatin Chemotherapy

目的探讨艾灸结合耳穴压丸治疗顺铂化疗引起胃肠道反应的临床护理效果,以便为患者的康复提供相应的理论与实践依据。方法将本院收治的予以顺铂化疗引起胃肠道反应的104例患者分成两组,对照组行艾灸治疗,实验组行艾灸结合耳穴压丸治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果实验组临床疗效与护理满意率均优于对照组,数据差异比较明显(P<0.05)。结论在顺铂化疗引起胃肠道反应治疗中,艾灸结合耳穴压丸治疗的临床疗效与护理效果均极佳,有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of moxibustion combined with auricular acupointpressing pill in the treatment of gastrointestinal reaction induced by cisplatin chemotherapy in order to providecorresponding theoretical and practical basis for the rehabilitation of patients. Methods One hundred and four cases ofgastrointestinal reaction induced by cisplatin chemotherapy in our hospital were divided into two groups: the controlgroup was treated with moxibustion, the experimental group was treated with moxibustion combined with auricularacupoint pressing pill, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The clinical curative effect andnursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In thetreatment of gastrointestinal reaction induced by cisplatin chemotherapy, the clinical curative effect and nursing effect ofmoxibustion combined with auricular acupoint pressing pill are very good. Good, has good clinical application value.
