卡培他滨与表柔比星分别联合多西紫杉醇治疗转移性乳腺癌临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Capecitabine and Epirubicin in Combination with Docetaxel in the Treatment of Metastatic Breast Cancer

目的研究分析在转移性乳腺癌的治疗中采用卡培他滨与表柔比星分别联合多西紫杉醇的临床治疗效果。方法选取转移性乳腺癌治疗的病患80例,随机将病患分为两组,其中一组病患给予卡培他滨联合多西紫杉醇进行治疗设为卡培组,另一组病患给予表柔比星联合多西紫杉醇进行治疗设为表柔组,每组40例,比较分析两组病患的近期治疗效果。结果两组病患的近期治疗效果、半年疾病无进展率比较无明显差异(P> 0.05),卡培组病患的中位无进展生存期明显高于表柔组(P<0.05);卡培组病患的3～4级手足综合征发生率明显高于表柔组(P<0.05);卡培组病患粒细胞减少、脱发毒副反应明显低于表柔组(P<0.05)。结论在转移性乳腺癌的治疗中采用卡培他联合多西紫杉醇,可延长病患的无进展生存期,且毒副反应耐受,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of capecitabine and epirubicin in combination withdocetaxel in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer. Methods Eighty patients with metastatic breast cancer wereenrolled. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with capecitabine plus docetaxelfor the cardinal group and the other group for the other group. The patients treated with epirubicin combined withdocetaxel were enrolled in the superficial group, 40 patients in each group, and the short-term therapeutic effects ofthe two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the short-termtreatment effect and the half-year disease progression rate(P>0.05). The median progression-free survival of the patientsin the card culture group was significantly higher than that in the Shenrou group(P<0.05). The incidence of grade 3~4 hand-foot syndrome in patients with carepage group was significantly higher than that in the table-soft group(P<0.05).The incidence of granulocytic and alopecia in the capecitabine group was significantly lower than that in the epirubicingroup(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of metastatic breast cancer, capecitabine combined with docetaxel canprolong progression-free survival and tolerate toxicity and side effects, which is worthy of clinical application.
