优质护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后治疗中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of High Quality Nursing in the Postoperative Treatment of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的研究分析对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者术后实施优质护理干预的效果。方法择取在2016年1月至2018年1月到我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的85例患者,随机划分为42例甲组、43例乙组,分别行常规护理、优质护理干预。统计并发症发生情况、疼痛评分、住院时间、首次下床活动时间以及肛门排气时间,并进行评价与对比分析。结果甲组并发症发生率为21.42%,乙组为6.99%,经比较乙组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);乙组疼痛评分、住院时间、首次下床活动时间以及肛门排气时间情况均显著优于甲组(P<0.05)。结论对于接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗的患者而言,在术后对其实施优质护理干预,能够帮助降低并发症发生率,并促进康复,缩短住院时间,在临床中具有可观的价值。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of high quality nursing intervention after laparoscopiccholecystectomy. Methods Eighty-five patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital fromJanuary 2016 to January 2018 were randomly assigned to 42 patients in group A and 43 patients in group B for routinenursing and high quality nursing. Statistical complications, pain scores, length of hospital stay, time to get out of bedfor the first time, and anal exhaust time were evaluated and compared. Results The incidence of complications was21.42% in group A and 6.99% in group B. The incidence of complications was lower in group B(P<0.05). The pain score,hospitalization time, first time out of bed activity time and anal exhaust time in group B were significantly better thanthose in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the implementation ofhigh quality nursing intervention after surgery can help reduce the incidence of complications, promote rehabilitation,shorten hospital stay, and have considerable value in clinical practice.
