优质护理应用于全髋关节置换术后并发症的护理效果分析

Nursing Effect Analysis of High Quality Nursing Applied to Postoperative Complications of Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的探讨优质护理应用于全髋关节置换术后并发症的护理效果。方法选取20例全髋关节置换术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组10例。给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组优质护理。对比护理后并发症发生情况以及患者恢复情况。结果观察组护理后总并发症发生率较对照组显著更低;观察组护理后首次下床时间、住院时间较对照组均更低,且Harris评分较对照组更高;比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论优质护理可有效降低全髋关节置换术后患者深静脉血栓等并发症的发生几率,可促进患者快速康复,临床实用价值较高。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of high quality nursing on postoperative complications oftotal hip arthroplasty. Methods Twenty patients with total hip arthroplasty received were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group, with 10 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care and givenhigh quality care in the observation group. Compare the incidence of complications after treatment and the recovery ofpatients. Results The incidence of total complication after observation was significantly lower in the observation groupthan in the control group. The first time of bed-out and hospitalization were lower in the observation group than in thecontrol group, and the Harris score was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. The difference was statisticallysignificant. Conclusion High-quality nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications such as deep veinthrombosis in patients after total hip arthroplasty, and can promote rapid recovery of patients with high clinical value.
