护理健康教育在骨科临床护理过程中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Nursing Health Education in Orthopedic Clinical Nursing

目的在骨科临床护理中采用护理健康教育,分析应用效果。方法于2017年8月至2018年7月入组我院60例骨科患者,分组时符合数字表法,纳入实验组的30例患者行常规护理+护理健康教育,纳入对照组的30例患者行常规护理。结果实验组患者护理质量(90.21±2.54)分、护理满意度96.66%均明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在骨科临床护理中采用护理健康教育,应用效果较为理想。

Objective To adopt nursing health education in orthopedic clinical nursing and analyze the application effect. Methods 60 orthopedics patients were enrolled in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018, and they were grouped in accordance with the number table method. Thirty patients enrolled in the experimental group underwent routine nursing and nursing health education, and 30 patients in the control group underwent routine care. Results The quality of care in the experimental group scores(90.21±2.54) and 96.66% of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing health education is used in orthopedic clinical nursing, and the application effect is ideal.
