急诊护理路径对急性心肌梗死患者抢救效果的影响

Influences of Emergency Nursing Pathway on Rescue Effect of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨急诊护理路径对急性心肌梗死患者抢救效果的影响。方法选择我院2017年01月至2017年12月收治的100例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象;采用抽签法分组后进行护理方式的研究,给予对照组传统护理方式,给予观察组急诊护理路径,对比护理两组急性心肌梗死患者护理结果。结果同对照组急性心肌梗死患者急诊救治时间、分诊评估时间、球囊扩张时间、急诊停留时间、住院时间以及术后安全性对比,观察组均获得显著改善(P<0.05)。结论护理人员选择急诊护理路径对急性心肌梗死患者进行干预,对于患者急诊抢救时间缩短、抢救结果改善以及术后并发症减少可以做出充分保证,从而对于患者的痊愈出院显著促进,使得患者的预后效果显著改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing pathway on the rescue effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.The study of nursing methods was carried out by grouping by lottery, and the traditional nursing methods of the control group were given. The emergency nursing path of the observation group was given, and the nursing results of the patients with acute myocardial infarction were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the emergency treatment time, triage evaluation time, balloon dilation time, emergency stay time, hospitalization time and postoperative safety were significantly improved in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing staff chooses the emergency nursing path to intervene in patients with acute myocardial infarction, which can fully guarantee the emergency treatment time, improve the rescue results and reduce the postoperative complications, so that the patient’s recovery and discharge can be significantly promoted, resulting in the prognosis of patients. The effect is significantly improved.
