反流性食管炎患者应用兰索拉唑加莫沙必利的有效性及生活质量评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Quality of Life of Lansoprazole Plus Mosapride in Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

目的探究反流性食管炎患者应用兰索拉唑加莫沙必利的有效性及对生活质量的影响。方法选择至我院就诊的反流性食管炎患者共有72例,时间段为2016年5月12日至2017年5月12日,其中对常规组给予兰索拉唑治疗,实验组加用莫沙必利治疗,将两组患者的临床疗效进行对比。结果实验组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为97.22%与77.78%,P<0.05;实验组患者的症状积分均明显低于常规组,P<0.05;实验组与常规组的不良反应发生率分别为2.78%与19.44%,P<0.05;治疗前两组的生活质量评分无明显的差异,P>0.05,治疗后实验组的生活质量评分明显高于常规组,P<0.05。结论对反流性食管炎患者给予兰索拉唑加莫沙必利进行治疗的疗效显著,安全性较高,便于明显提高患者的生活质量,值得采纳。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of lansoprazole plus mosapride in patients with reflux esophagitis and its impact on quality of life.Methods A total of 72 patients with reflux esophagitis were enrolled in our hospital. The period was from May 12, 2016 to May 12, 2017.Among them, lansoprazole was given to the conventional group, and mosapride was added to the experimental group to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the experimental group and the conventional group were 97.22% and 77.78%, respectively, P<0.05. The symptom scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than the conventional group, P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the conventional group were 2.78% and 19.44%, respectively, P<0.05. There was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05. The quality of life score of the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of lansoprazole plus mosapride in patients with reflux esophagitis is effective and safe. It is easy to improve the quality of life of patients and it is worthy of adoption.
