内分泌科老年患者入院的护理安全隐患及对策分析

Nursing Safety Hazards and Countermeasures of Elderly Patients with Endocrinology Admitted To Hospital

目的通过对内分泌疾病老年患者的疾病护理分析,探寻护理工作中的安全隐患,并提出针对性的护理对策,为临床护理工作的开展发挥指导作用。方法在我院内分泌科进行研究样本的选取,选取数量116例,选取年限范围2016年4月至2017年4月。按照人数随机均等的方式,将其分为两组,即接受普通护理的患者分入普通护理组(n=58),通过分析安全隐患实施安全护理模式的患者分入护理安全组(n=58)。观察两组患者对护理工作的综合满意度指标以及护理中不良事件的发生情况。结果普通护理组患者的护理满意度指标水平仅为77.59%,与护理安全组的91.38%相比差异显著(P<0.05),另在对护理安全隐患不良事件发生情况的统计结果观察中,可见普通护理组患者发生不良事件的几率大幅度高于安全护理组(P<0.05)。结论科学的安全隐患分析及正确的护理措施采取,对于提升患者的综合护理满意度、减低不良事件的发生率都有显著的促进作用,可在临床护理工作中广泛的推荐应用。

Objective To explore the safety hazards in nursing work by analyzing the disease of elderly patients with endocrine diseases, and to propose targeted nursing strategies to play a guiding role in the development of clinical nursing work.Methods The sample of the study was selected in the Department of Endocrinology of our hospital. The number of selected samples was 116, and the age range was selected from April 2016 to April 2017.According to the random number of people, they were divided into two groups, that is, patients receiving general care were assigned to the general nursing group(n=58), and patients who implemented safety nursing mode by analyzing safety hazards were assigned to the nursing safety group(n=58).Observed the comprehensive satisfaction index of the nursing work in the two groups and the occurrence of adverse events in the nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction index of the general nursing group was only 77.59%, which was significantly different from the 91.38% of the nursing safety group(P<0.05). In the observation of the statistical results of the adverse events of nursing safety hazards, it can be seen that the incidence of adverse events was significantly higher in the general care group than in the safety care group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific safety hazard analysis and correct nursing measures have a significant role in promoting patients’ comprehensive nursing satisfaction and reducing the incidence of adverse events, which can be widely recommended in clinical nursing work.
