探讨老年综合评估对老年疾病预后的影响

Exploring the Effect of Comprehensive Assessment of the Elderly on the Prognosis of Senile Diseases

目的观察分析在老年疾病患者中实施老年综合评估后对预后情况的改善。方法选取在本院接受治疗的老年患者,病例数为350例,选取时间段为2014年6月至2018年2月。随机分组为对照组和观察组各175例。两组均使用老年综合评估软件行老年综合评估(CGA),观察组额外实施针对性干预。评估两组患者ADL、IADL分数。结果两组患者在入院后的1个月的ADL以及IADL分数均显著比入院时高,而观察组患者在入院后的1个月、3个月的ADL以及IADL分数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年疾病患者中实施老年综合评估技术能够有效的改善预后。

Objective To observe and analyze the improvement of prognosis after the implementation of comprehensive evaluation of the elderly in elderly patients.Methods The elderly patients who were treated in our hospital were selected. The number of cases was 350. The time period was from June 2014 to February 2018.Randomly grouped into 175 patients in the control group and the observation group. Both groups used the comprehensive assessment software for the elderly to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the elderly(CGA), and the observation group additionally implemented targeted interventions. The ADL and IADL scores of the two groups were evaluated.Results The ADL and IADL scores of the two groups after admission were significantly higher than those at admission, while the ADL and IADL scores of the observation group at 1 month and 3 months after admission were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive assessment of the elderly in elderly patients can effectively improve the prognosis.
