眩晕患者中医辨证护理分析

Analysis of TCM Syndrome Nursing in Patients with Dizziness

目的探析针对眩晕患者的中医辨证护理方法及效果。方法选择我院2017年1月至2017年12月中的98例眩晕患者进行研究,按照患者接受护理的不同方式进行分组,观察组49例、对照组49例,分别接受中医辨证护理、常规护理,比较两组效果。结果观察组患者护理后出院时症状积分为(3.18±0.42)分,明显低于对照组评分(5.64±1.47)分,P<0.05;观察组接受护理后在出院后1个月生活质量评分(79.86±8.27)分,明显高于对照组出院后一个月生活质量评分(67.42±7.25)分,P<0.05。结论眩晕患者接受中医辩证护理能够更有效改善眩晕症状,提升患者生活质量,可推广。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing for patients with vertigo.Methods 98 cases of vertigo patients from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected and grouped according to different ways of patients receiving nursing. 49 cases in observation group and 49 cases in control group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and routine nursing.Comparing the effects of the two groups.Results The symptom scores of the patients in the observation group after discharge were(3.18±0.42), which was significantly lower than the control group score(5.64±1.47), P<0.05. The observation group received the quality of life score after 1 month after discharge. The score of(79.86±8.27) was significantly higher than that of the control group after one month of discharge(67.42±7.25), P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with vertigo who receive Chinese medicine dialectical nursing can improve the symptoms of vertigo more effectively and improve their quality of life.
