百痛舒软胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

Clinical Study of Baitongshu Soft Capsule in Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的探究百痛舒软胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法随机选取2015年1月至2018年5月在我院治疗原发性痛经患者共240例,分为试验组120例和对照组120例,对照组采用止痛药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用百痛舒软胶囊,分别观察两组患者VSA评分、临床治疗效果、痛经持续时间、中医症状积分。结果试验组VSA评分、痛经持续时间均小于对照组;临床治疗效果大于对照组,P<0.05。结论与单一用药相比,加用百痛舒软胶囊治疗有利于提升治疗效果,改善患者症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Baitongshu Soft Capsule in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 240 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly selected from January 2015 to May 2018,and were divided into 120 patients in the experimental group and 120 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with analgesics.The experimental group was treated with Baitongshu soft capsule on the basis of the control group.The VSA score,clinical treatment effect,duration of dysmenorrhea and TCM symptom scores were observed in the two groups.Results The VSA score and duration of dysmenorrhea in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group;the clinical treatment effect was greater than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with the single drug,the addition of Baitongshu soft capsule is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect and improve the patient’s symptoms.
