中医外治法结合护理干预脾失健运型小儿厌食症的疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Nursing Intervention on Infantile Anorexia in Spleen

目的研究分析中医外治法结合护理干预脾失健运型小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年1月至2017年12月收治的65例脾失健运型小儿厌食症患儿作为此次研究对象,随机分为对照组30例,研究组35例,其中对照组采取常规护理治疗,研究组采取中医外治法结合护理干预治疗,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果研究组的临床治疗总有效率占比高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医外治法结合护理干预脾失健运型小儿厌食症具有明显的临床疗效,可以有效提高患儿的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention for anaesthesia of spleen and healthy pediatric anorexia.Methods Sixty-five children with anorexia spleen who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group(n=30) and the study group(n=35).The control group received routine nursing treatment, and the research group took the traditional Chinese medicine treatment combined with nursing intervention to compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of children.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of TCM external treatment combined with nursing intervention for spleen loss and healthy pediatric anorexia has obvious clinical effect, which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of children.
