心理护理联合运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Psychological Nursing Combined with Exercise Therapy in the Nursing Of Gestational Diabetes

目的探寻在应用心理护理方法的基础上联合应用运动疗法对妊娠糖尿病患者的护理效果。方法在我院2016年6月至2017年6月收治的所有妊娠糖尿病患者中选择92例患者参与本次研究,样本群体分组方式,随机均等分组。其中,接受普通护理方法的46例患者分入普通护理组,接受心理护理联合运动疗法护理模式的46例患者分入研究护理组。观察两组患者的护理效果和护理满意度指标。结果观察可得,研究护理组患者的综合护理满意度高达95.65%,显著高于普通护理组的84.78%,且在护理效果的对比中,研究护理组的护理效果也与普通护理组的患者显示出显著的差异,两项指标对比结果均差异明显(P<0.05)。结论可见妊娠糖尿病患者在接受心理护理联合运动疗法的综合护理模式后,其护理满意度可得到显著提升,护理效果也得到了显著的优化,此护理模式可在临床上广泛推荐应用。

Objective To explore the effect of combined application of exercise therapy on gestational diabetes patients based on the application of psychological nursing methods.Methods 92 patients from all gestational diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled in this study. The sample groups were grouped and randomly divided into groups.Among them, 46 patients who received the general nursing method were divided into the general nursing group, and 46 patients who received the psychological nursing combined exercise therapy model were assigned to the study nursing group. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction index of the two groups of patients were observed. Results From the observation, the comprehensive nursing satisfaction of the nursing group was as high as 95.65%, which was significantly higher than that of the general nursing group(84.78%). In the comparison of nursing effects, the nursing effect of the nursing group was also displayed with the patients in the general nursing group. Significant differences were found, and the results of the two indicators were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion It can be seen that after receiving the comprehensive nursing mode of psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy, the satisfaction of nursing can be significantly improved, and the nursing effect is also significantly optimized. This nursing mode can be widely recommended in clinical application.
