CQI在小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理中的应用效果及护理满意度分析

Application Effect and Nursing Satisfaction Analysis of CQI in Pediatric Intravenous Indwelling Needle Puncture Nursing Management

目的分析小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理中应用CQI(持续质量改进)的护理效果和护理满意度。方法选择我院在2016年6月至2018年8月收治的150例静脉留置针患者进行分组研究,依照单双号法分为对照组和试验组,每组中的患儿为75例,对照组患儿选择常规护理管理,试验组选择CQI的护理管理,比较两组护理效果和护理满意度之间的差异。结果试验组留置针穿刺成功率、护理人员理论知识掌握率、患儿家长护理满意度均显著高于对照组,其不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,两组存在明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理中应用CQI可显著提高穿刺成功率和护理满意度,预防和减少不良反应,具有临床使用和采纳价值。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of CQI(continuous quality improvement) in pediatric intravenous indwelling needle puncture nursing management.Methods A total of 150 patients with venous indwelling needles admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the single and double number method. The children in each group were 75 cases. The group of children chose routine nursing management, and the experimental group chose CQI nursing management to compare the differences between the two groups of nursing effects and nursing satisfaction.Results The success rate of indwelling needle in the experimental group, the mastery of the theoretical knowledge of the nursing staff, and the satisfaction of the parents in the children were significantly higher than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group. There was significant statistical significance in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CQI in the management of venous indwelling needle puncture in children can significantly improve the success rate of puncture and satisfaction of nursing, prevent and reduce adverse reactions, and have clinical use and adoption value.
