探讨高压氧治疗对重症脑外伤患者神经功能恢复的影响

Investigation of the Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on the Recovery of Neurological Function in Patients with Severe Traumatic Brain Injury

目的探讨高压氧治疗对重症脑外伤患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月我院收治的重症脑外伤患者共80例,将所有患者速记分为观察组与对比组,对比组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者则在对比组的基础上进行高压氧治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的GCS和NIHSS评分。结果观察组患者的GCS评分要明显高于对比组,而观察组患者的NIHSS评分要明显低于对比组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症脑外伤患者进行高压氧治疗能够有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,促进患者的神经修复,具有临床意义,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the recovery of neurological function in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. All patients were shorthand into observation group and comparison group.Patients in the comparison group were given conventional treatment, and patients in the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the comparison group. The GCS and NIHSS scores after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The GCS scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the NIHSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with severe traumatic brain injury can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and promote the nerve repair of patients. It has clinical significance and is worthy of popularization.
