34例高中生高血压原因分析与诊治

Analysis and Diagnosis of Hypertension in 34 High School Students

目的通过调查我校患有高血压的34名高中生的基本资料,分析并验证导致高血压的发病原因,最终采取可行的具有针对性的治疗措施与预防方法。方法将健康体检中被诊断出患有高血压的高中生作为研究对象,逐一收集患有原发性高血压的高中生的性别、身体质量指数,调查患者的个人史与家族史,并进行精神压力的评估。结果被确诊的34例患有原发性高血压患者中,男24例,占患有高血压患者总数的70.59%,女10例,占总数的29.41%。在34名青少年高血压患者中,最低与最高BMI值分别为21.73、31.24,平均(26.37±1.71)kg/m2,其中BMI值大于25(即达到肥胖水平)的患者34例,占65.38%。达到肥胖水平的患者的平均BMI值为27.37 kg/m2。结论引发青少年患上高血压的相关因素多种多样。其中,性别、BMI指数、基因遗传占据了较大比重,情绪、精神压力与不良的生活习惯等因素与青少年高血压有一定的关系,但关联度较小。

Objective To investigate and verify the causes of hypertension by investigating the basic data of 34 high school students with high blood pressure in our school, and finally adopt feasible and targeted treatment measures and prevention methods.Methods High school students diagnosed with hypertension in physical examination were selected as the research objects. Gender and body mass index of high school students with primary hypertension were collected one by one. Personal and family histories of the patients were investigated.ResultsAmong the 34 patients with essential hypertension, 24 were male, accounting for 70.59% of the total number of patients with hypertension and 10 females, accounting for 29.41% of the total.Among the 34 adolescent hypertensive patients, the lowest and highest BMI were 21.73, 31.24, and the average(26.37±1.71) kg/m^2, of which 34 patients(65.38%) had a BMI greater than 25(ie, reached obesity). The average BMI value for patients achieving obesity levels was 27.37 kg/m^2. Conclusion There are many related factors that cause adolescents to develop hypertension. Among them, gender, BMI index, genetic inheritance accounted for a large proportion, emotional, mental stress and bad habits and other factors have a certain relationship with adolescent hypertension, but the degree of relevance is small.
