小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿实施临床中医护理路径的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Implementing Clinical Chinese Medicine Nursing Pathway in Children with Pneumonia and Asthma

目的探讨小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿实施临床中医护理路径的效果。方法将2017年2月至2018年2月90例小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿随机分组,对照组遵循常规护理,中医护理路径组落实临床中医护理路径。比较两组满意程度(家属);住院天数、诊疗配合水平、所需费用;护理前后患儿症状积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量、C反应蛋白水平;诊疗副作用。结果中医护理路径组满意程度(家属)高于对照组,P<0.05;中医护理路径组住院天数、诊疗配合水平、所需费用优于对照组,P<0.05;护理前两组症状积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量、C反应蛋白水平相似,P> 0.05;护理后中医护理路径组症状积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量、C反应蛋白水平优于对照组,P <0.05。中医护理路径组诊疗副作用低于对照组,P<0.05。结论临床中医护理路径在小儿肺炎喘嗽护理中的实施效果确切,可减少诊疗副作用,控制机体炎症,改善症状和睡眠质量,患儿家长满意水平高。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical Chinese medicine nursing pathway in children with pneumonia and asthma.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018, 90 children with pneumonia and asthma were randomly divided into groups. The control group followed the routine care, and the Chinese medicine nursing path group implemented the clinical Chinese medicine nursing path.Comparing the satisfaction degree of the two groups(family), the number of hospital stays, the level of diagnosis and treatment, the required cost, the symptom scores of children before and after nursing, the quality of Pittsburgh sleep, the level of C-reactive protein, the side effects of diagnosis and treatment.Results The satisfaction degree of the Chinese medicine nursing path group(family) was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. The hospitalization days, the level of diagnosis and treatment, and the required cost were better than the control group, P<0.05. Symptom scores, pittsburgh sleep quality, and C-reactive protein levels were similar before treatment, P>0.05.The symptom scores, pittsburgh sleep quality and C-reactive protein levels in the TCM nursing pathway group after treatment were better than those in the control group, P<0.05. The side effects of the TCM nursing pathway group were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical TCM nursing path is effective in the treatment of pneumonia and asthma in children. It can reduce the side effects of diagnosis and treatment, control the body inflammation, improve symptoms and sleep quality, and the parents have high satisfaction level.
