炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的临床研究

Clinical Research on Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate Combined with Ribavirin in Treatment of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease of Children

目的分析研究炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法将我们所在医院2017年08月至2018年08月收治的108例小儿手足口病患者作为分析研究对象,采取随机分组的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组54例患者采用利巴韦林进行抗病毒治疗,观察组54例患者采用炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗模式。分析研究观察组和对照组两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后口腔溃疡消退时间、手足皮疹消退时间及体温恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为,明显高于对照组的,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿手足口病治疗中采取炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗模式,临床治疗效果好,恢复快,有效提高免疫力,值得临床推广。

Objective To study clinical effect of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate combined with ribavirin in treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease of children. Methods Treat 108 cases hand, foot and mouth disease children in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 as research and analysis objects, divide them into observation group and control group with random grouping method, 54 cases in each group. 54 cases in control group were treated with ribavirin, and 54 cases in observation group with potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate combined with ribavirin. Analyze and research clinical effect of observation and control group. Results Oral ulcer subsidence time, hand and foot rash subsidence and body temperature recovery time of observation group was significantly shorter than control group after treatment, difference was statistically significant between two groups(P< 0.05). Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, difference between two groups was statistically significant,(P<0.05). Conclusion Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate combined with ribavirin has good clinical effect in treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease of children, with quick recovery and effective immunity improvement, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
