浅谈临床检验标本对检验结果的影响及应对措施

Discussion on the Impact of Clinical Laboratory Specimens on Test Results and Countermeasures

目的探究临床检验标本对检验结果的影响和应对措施。方法选取2016年5月至2018年7月本院检测分析出的120例误差案作为研究样本,根据采集时间分为三个时期进行对比分析,包括采集前、采集中、采集后的失误事件发生情况和失误率。结果采集前的误差率(58.33%)明显高于采集中、采集后的误差率(25.00%)(16.67%),组间数据比较,P<0.05。结论误差时间多发生于临床检验标本采集前,应重视该时期,重视相关因素的分析并采取对应措施解决,可为临床检验结果提供有力的保障。

Objective To explore the impact of clinical laboratory specimens on test results and countermeasures. Methods 120 error cases detected and analyzed in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2018 were selected as research samples. According to the collection time, they were divided into three periods for comparative analysis, including the occurrence of errors before, during and after collection and the error rate. Results The error rate before collection(58.33%) was significantly higher than that during and after collection(25.00%) and(16.67%). The data between groups were compared, P< 0.05. Conclusion Error time mostly occurs before the collection of clinical test specimens. We should pay attention to this period, pay attention to the analysis of related factors and take corresponding measures to solve it, which can provide a strong guarantee for clinical test results.
