超声骨刀在口腔颌面外科的应用进展

超声骨刀为临床骨外科手术系统中的新型方式,指用压电超声频率振荡刀实施骨整形术和骨切开术,其特征为创伤小、振动小、出血少、保护软组织、精确性高等。超声骨刀优势为切割中安全性、精确性高,且术野清晰、微创选择性,此类优势决定了其在骨切割中取得广泛应用,尤其是口腔颌面外科中,与传统切割方式比较,很好地弥补了其不足,并有一定改进,解决相应问题,如深部截骨难度大、手术时间可能延长等问题。现针对超声骨刀在口腔颌面外科中的应用做出综述。

Ultrasonic osteotome is a new way in clinical orthopedic surgery system. It refers to the use of piezoelectric ultrasonic frequency oscillating knife to perform bone orthopedic surgery and osteotomy. It is characterized by small trauma, small vibration, less bleeding, protection of soft tissue, High precision. The advantage of ultrasonic osteotome is the safety and accuracy of cutting, and the clear andminimally invasive surgery. These advantages have determined its wide application in bone cutting, especially in oral and maxillofacial surgery, and traditional cutting methods. Comparing, it has made up for its shortcomings well, and has some improvement, to solve the corresponding problems, such as the difficulty of deep osteotomy and the prolongation of operation time. Now the application of ultrasonic osteotome in oral and maxillofacial surgery is reviewed.
