脑肿瘤术后并发症风险分析及护理方法

Risk Analysis and Nursing Method of Postoperative Complications of Brain Tumor

目的分析脑肿瘤患者术后出现并发症的风险,并观察护理效果。方法对我院2015年5月至2018年5月收治的124例脑肿瘤术后患者进行研究,分为护理组及常规组,给予相应护理,观察两组并发症率及护理满意度。结果 (1)两组并发症比较:护理组并发症率(8.06%)明显比常规组(20.97%)更低(P<0.05);(2)两组护理满意度比较:护理组护理满意度为96.77%(60/62),常规组为74.19%(46/62),明显护理组更高(P<0.05)。结论脑肿瘤患者术后未出现各种并发症,应针对不同并发症给予患者相关护理措施,有效减少感染事件出现,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the risk of postoperative complications in patients with brain tumors and to observe the effect of nursing. Methods A total of 124 cases of brain tumor patients who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were studied. The patients were divided into nursing group and routine group. The corresponding nursing was given and the complication rate and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results(1) Comparison of two groups of complications: The complication rate of 8.06% in the nursing group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group 20.97%(P<0.05);(2) Comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups: The nursing satisfaction rate in the nursing group was 96.77%(60/62), 74.19%(46/62) in the conventional group, significantly higher in nursing group(P<0.05). Conclusion There is no postoperative complications in patients with brain tumors. Patients should be given relevant nursing measures for different complications to effectively reduce the incidence of infection and improve the quality of life of patients.
