1例慢性肾衰继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进术后补钙的迟发性静脉炎护理体会

Nursing Experience of Delayed Phlebitis for Calcium Supplementation in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Secondary to Hyperparathyroidism

目的分析1例慢性肾衰继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进术后补钙的迟发性静脉炎护理体会。方法选取我院收治1例慢性肾衰继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进术后补钙的迟发性静脉炎患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果采取科学护理后,患者救治成功出院。结论慢性肾衰继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进术后补钙发生静脉炎概率较高,需要在治疗过程中制定科学的护理规划,防止患者在治疗过程中出现的不适反应,降低患者发生静脉炎概率,保证患者尽快康复。

Objective To analyze the nursing experience of a case of delayed phlebitis with calcium supplementation after secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods One case of delayed phlebitis with calcium supplementation after secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic renal failure was selected as the research object. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results After taking scientific care, the patient was successfully discharged from hospital. Conclusion Chronic renal failure secondary hyperparathyroidism has a high probability of calcification of calcium supplementation. It is necessary to develop a scientific nursing plan during the treatment process to prevent patients from uncomfortable treatment during treatment and reduce the occurrence of veins in patients. The probability of inflammation ensures that the patient recovers as soon as possible.
