小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢克肟治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染研究

Investigation of the Combination of Xiaoer Baotaikang Keli and Cefixime in the Treatment of Children's Acute Upper Respiratory Infection

目的探讨小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢克肟治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的疗效研究。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月于我院就诊的急性上呼吸道感染患儿86例,随机分为对照组(43例)和研究组(43例),对照组采用头孢克肟进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用小儿宝泰康颗粒。比较治疗3天后患儿血CRP水平以及疗效。结果经3天的治疗后,结果显示,(1)患儿血CRP水平显著低于治疗前,且研究组CRP水平,与对照组比较,下降更多(P<0.05)。(2)研究组患儿的总有效率高于对照组,无效率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢克肟治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染疗效确切,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the combination of Xiaoer Baotaikang Keli and Cefixime in the treatment of Children’s Acute upper Respiratory Infection. Methods Selected 86 patients who suffered Acute upper Respiratory Infection in our hospital, RandomLy divided into Research group(43) and Control group(43), Cefixime was applied in Control group, and Xiaoer Baotaikang Keli and Cefixime were applied in Research group. Compared to CRP level and curative effect between both groups. Results After 3 days treatment, Results showed that the CRP level significantly declined in both groups, And Research group was declined more significant than control group(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the total curative effect was much higher in research group and the inefficiency was much lower(P< 0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiaoer Baotaikang Keli and Cefixime in the treatment of Children’s Acute upper Respiratory Infection is effective, which is worth promoting in clinic.
