预见性护理干预在小儿消化道急性大出血中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing Intervention in Acute Gastrointestinal Massive Hemorrhage of Children

目的探讨预见性护理干预在小儿消化道急性大出血中的应用效果。方法选取我院100例消化道急性大出血患儿,随机分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用预见性护理干预,比较两组患儿的各维度护理质量评分及临床护理效果。结果试验组患儿的各维度护理质量评分评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);临床护理效果总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿消化道急性大出血的护理中,预见性护理干预可有提高护理质量及临床护理疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore application effect of predictive nursing intervention on acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage in children. Methods Choose 100 cases acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage children in our hospital, divide them into control group and observation group randomly, 50 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and observation group with predictive nursing intervention. Compare nursing quality scores and clinical nursing effect in different dimensions. Results Nursing quality scores of different dimensions of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01), and total effective rate of clinical nursing was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion During nursing of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage in children, predictive nursing intervention can improve nursing quality and clinical nursing effect, which is worthy of promotion and application.
