闭合复位钢板内固定术治疗下肢复杂骨折的临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究对下肢复杂骨折患者实施闭合复位钢板内固定的临床效果。方法选择下至骨折患者100例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用闭合复位钢板内固定治疗,对照组采用传统切开复位内固定疗法,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及患者的康复状况。结果治疗组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,治疗组治疗总有效率远高于对照组,治疗组患者的各项治疗参数也显著优于对照组。结论为下肢复杂骨折患者实施闭合复位钢板内固定治疗方案有助于患者的恢复,降低患者的经济负担,可以极大提高患者的术后生活质量,值得在临床上进行推广。 Objective To study clinical effect of closed reduction steel plate internal fixation for complicated fracture of lower limbs. Methods Choose 100 cases fracture patients of lower limbs, divide them into two groups randomly. Treatment group was treated with closed reduction steel plate internal fixation, and control group with traditional open reduction and internal fixation. Compare curative effect and rehabilitation status of two groups. Results Adverse reactions incidence of treatment group was significantly lower than control group. Total effective rate of treatment group was much higher than control group. Treatment parameters of treatment group were also significantly better than control group. Conclusion Closed reduction and plate internal fixation can help recovery of patients, reduce economic burden of patients with complicated fracture of lower limbs, improve postoperative life quality of patients with lower limb fractures greatly, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
