摘要 目的探索护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的临床价值。方法本次实验对象为健康体检中心40例护理人员(在2017年6月22日至2018年6月22日期间选取),采用计算机分组模式,观察组进行护理质量管理,有20例,对照组进行常规管理,有20例。结果观察组差错发生率低于对照组,责任心评估分、专科技能水平、专业理论知识成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对健康体检中心工作者进行护理质量管理效果显著。 Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing quality management in the nursing work of health checkup centers. Methods The subjects were 40 nursing staff in the health check-up center(selected from June 22, 2017 to June 22, 2018). The computer grouping mode was used to observe the quality of care in the observation group. There were 20 cases. The group was routinely managed and there were 20 cases. Results The incidence of error in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The scores of responsibility assessment, technical level and professional theoretical knowledge were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of care management for health checkup workers is significant.
