2017年上海市青浦区重固镇社区卫生服务中心首诊伤害病例流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological Characteristics of the First Injury Cases in the Community Health Service Center of Chonggu Town in Qingpu District of Shanghai in 2017

目的了解上海市青浦区重固镇社区卫生服务中心2017年门诊首诊伤害病例分布特征,为制定从重固镇伤害预防控制策略提供依据。方法对2017年在重固镇社区卫生服务中心门诊就诊的首诊伤害病例进行描述性分析。结果共收集627例,男性病例多于女性,比例为2.37:1,年龄主要集中在16-60岁组(76.87%),职业主要为工人340例(54.22%)和农民125例(19.99%),伤害发生地点主要为工业和建筑场所253例(40.35%),外省市406例(64.75%)。15岁以下及60岁以上人群主要伤害发生地点在家中,15岁以下人群伤害主要为跌倒/坠落,60岁以上老人伤害主要为刀/锐器伤。结论进一步做好对外来务工人员的监测和健康教育,加强15岁以下及60岁以上人群在家中的跌倒预防工作。

Objective To understand the outpatient monitoring cases of hurt distribution in Chonggu Town Community Health Service Center of Qingpu District in 2017 Provide the basis of prevention and control strategies in injury for this area. Methods Descriptive analysis of the first injury cases, in the outpatient clinic of the Community Health Service Center in Chonggu Town in 2017. Results A total of 627 cases were collected, more males than females, a ratio of 2.37:1. The age was mainly concentrated in the 16-60 years old group(76.87%). The occupations were mainly 340(54.22%) workers and 125(19.99%) farmers. The injury mainly occurred 253 cases(40.35%) in industrial and construction sites,and 406 cases(64.75%) in other provinces and cities. The main injury locations of people under the age of 15 and over 60 years old are at home. The injuries of people under 15 years old are mainly falls or falls, and the injuries of people over 60 years old are mainly knife or sharp injuries. Conclusion Further improve the monitoring and health education of migrant workers, and strengthen the prevention of falls in the home of people under the age of 15 and over 60 years old.
