Evaluation and Discussion on Supervisory Effect of Hospital Discipline Inspection Committee in Medical Equipment Management of Public Hospitals

近年来,人民对健康需求日益增高,国家新医改也已进入深水区。公立医院在日常经营过程中,涉及"三重一大"项目较多,尤其在医疗器械方面,投入资金量大,廉政风险较高。随着加强公立医院党建和现代医院管理等相关政策落实落地,医院狠抓党风廉政建设,创新医疗设备管理模式,由医院纪委全程参与医学装备管理经济活动的全过程^([1]),降低医院决策风险,加强成本控制,收到良好效果。

As people’s demand for health increases day by day, national new medical reform has entered the wide and deep-developed stage. The state and news media focused on hospital institutions, in particular, the daily operation and development of public hospitals are highly valued by the public and society. There are many large capital use projects in the daily operation process of the Public hospitals which needs a lot of fund, and has many corruption risk points. With strengthen the leadership role of the party committee of public hospitals and implement the policies of the modern hospital management system. The hospital paid close attention to construct a clean administration, and created innovative medical equipment management mode. Hospital discipline inspection committee participate the economic activities of the medical equipment management entirely, which has reduced decision risk, controlled the equipment management cost, and got good effect.
