全程护理对甲状腺功能亢进患者服药依从性的影响评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Holistic Nursing on Medication Compliance in Patients with Hyperthyroidism

目的探讨全程护理对甲状腺功能亢进患者服药依从性的影响。方法选择我院2017年10月-2018年10月收治的甲状腺功能亢进患者作为研究对象,一共120例,随机分组,各组60例,对照组患者接受常规基础护理干预,观察组在常规基础护理的前提下,给予全程护理干预。比较两组患者的用药依从性和护理满意度。结果和对照组对比,观察组用药依从性及观察组护理满意度明显更高,P<0.05。结论对甲状腺功能亢进患者进行全程护理,有利于提高患者的用药依从性和护理满意度,值得应用。

Objective To explore the influence of whole-course nursing on drug compliance of patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as subjects, and were randomly divided into 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine basic nursing intervention, and the observation group received whole-process nursing intervention on the premise of routine basic nursing. Patient compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, drug compliance in the observation group and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher, P<0.05. Conclusion The wholecourse nursing for patients with hyperthyroidism is conducive to improving the patient’s medication compliance and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of application.
