摘要
目的探索门诊护理干预对冠心病康复的临床效果。方法选择我院就诊的冠心病患者作为探究对象,随机分组,分别实施常规护理、门诊护理,比较2组依从性、生活质量评分。结果观察组依从性、生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论门诊护理干预对冠心病康复具有一定的干预效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of outpatient nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of coronary heart disease. Methods The patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of investigation. They were randomly divided into two groups to carry out routine nursing and outpatient nursing, and compared the two groups’ compliance and quality of life scores. Results The compliance and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Outpatient nursing intervention has a certain intervention effect on the rehabilitation of coronary heart disease.
