散瞳检查眼底的观察和护理分析

Observation and Nursing Analysis of Dilated Pupils

目的探究散瞳检查眼底的护理方法。方法选取我院眼科2018年2月至2018年7月期间收治的200例散瞳眼底检查患者作为研究对象。将所有患者按照奇偶数顺序分成研究组、对照组(各100例)。对照组患者行常规护理,研究组患者行常规护理基础上的综合护理。对比、分析两组患者的护理满意度、不良反应发生情况等。结果研究组患者护理满意度比对照组高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。研究组患者的不良反应发生率比对照组低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论给予眼科散瞳检查眼底患者综合护理干预能够有效减少患者不良反应发生率,改善患者护理满意度,和谐护患关系,值得临床大力推广及应用。

Objective Explore the methods of care for dilated examination of the fundus. Methods 200 cases of mydriasis fundus examination patients admitted to ophthalmology department of our hospital from February 2018 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into study group and control group according to odd and even number order(100 cases each). Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing based on routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving ophthalmologic dilatation to the fundus patients comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve patient care satisfaction, and harmonious nurse-patient relationship, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
