研究稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年人冠心病心律失常的疗效

To Study the Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Arrhythmia

目的研究分析对老年人冠心病心律失常患者应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔进行治疗的临床效果。方法择取在2016年8月至2018年8月到我院就诊的120例老年冠心病心律失常患者,随机划分为60例甲组、60例乙组,统计临床治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生情况。结果甲组临床治疗总有效率为73.33%,乙组为95.00%,经对比分析乙组临床治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);甲组不良反应发生率为5.00%,乙组为6.67%,经对比分析两组不良反应发生率比较(P>0.05)。结论在临床中,针对老年冠心病心律失常患者而言,对其行稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔进行治疗的效果理想,且具有较高的安全性,应当推广以及借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical effect of treatment of coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia with Wenxin granules combined with metoprolol. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into 60 patients with A group and 60 patients with B. The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 73.33% in group A and 95.00% in group B. The total effective rate was higher in group B(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 5.00%. Group B was 6.67%, the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion In the clinical practice, for patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in the elderly, the treatment of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol is ideal and has high safety. It should be promoted and used for reference.
