妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Marvelon Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的分析妈富隆+二甲双胍在多囊卵巢综合征患者中的临床疗效。方法选取66例多囊卵巢综合征患者,双盲法纳入分组,观察组采用妈富隆+二甲双胍,对照组患者单纯采用妈富隆治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果两组治疗后,LH、T指标均有明显改善,与本组治疗前相比差异显著(P<0.05)。但是,观察组治疗后LH、T指标改善程度优于对照组患者治疗后(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后,左卵巢体积、右卵巢体积、左卵泡数量、右卵泡数量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排卵率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆+二甲双胍疗法,在治疗多囊卵巢综合征中,能够发挥显著治疗效果,能够改善患者内分泌情况,促进排卵。

Objective to analyze clinical effect of Marvelon + Metformin on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods choose 66 cases polycystic ovary syndrome patients, divide them into two groups with double blind method. Observation group was treated with marvelon + metformin, and control group with marvelon only. Compare clinical treatment effects of two groups. Results after treatment, LH and T indexes were significantly improved in both groups, and difference was significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05). However, LH and T improvement of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05). After treatment, left ovary volume, right ovary volume, left and right follicles numbers of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05), and ovulation rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion marvelon +metformin therapy can play significant role in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, can improve endocrine status and promote ovulation of patients.
