米非司酮联合宫外孕Ⅰ号加减方治疗胎盘植入的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Mifepristone Combined with Modified Ectopic Pregnancy Ⅰ in Treatment of Placental Implantation

目的探讨米非司酮联合宫外孕Ⅰ号加减方治疗胎盘植入的临床疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2018年7月我院收治的88例胎盘植入患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为A组(44例)和B组(44例),A组予以米非司酮片口服治疗,B组在此基础上加用宫外孕Ⅰ号加减治疗,并比较不同组患者治疗效果。结果 B组患者治愈率为93.18%,A组患者治愈率为75.00%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);B组患者血孕酮、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素和血β-HCG等水平明显优于A组(P<0.05);两组患者均未见严重不良反应,不良反应发生率比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合宫外孕Ⅰ号加减对胎盘植入治疗效果良好,不仅能有助于提高患者治愈率,同时不良反应发生率未见明显增加。

Objective to investigate clinical effect of mifepristone combined with ectopic pregnancy Ⅰ on placenta implantation. Methods choose 88 cases placenta implantation patients treated in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018. Divide them into group A(44 cases) and group B(44 cases) according to random number table method. Group A was treated with mifepristone tablets orally, and Group B with modified ectopic pregnancy Ⅰ based on group A. Compare curative effect between different groups. Results cure rate was 93.18% in group B and 75.00% in group A, difference was significant between two groups(P< 0.05). Levels of progesterone, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone and beta-HCG in group B were significantly higher than group A(P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups, and adverse reactions incidence showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion mifepristone combined with ectopic pregnancy Ⅰ has good curative effect on placenta implantation, which can not only improve cure rate of patients, but adverse reactions incidence shows no significant increase.
