急性胰腺炎护理干预中行个体化健康教育的临床效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察个体化健康教育在急性胰腺炎护理干预中的应用效果。方法将自2017年3月至2018年3月这一阶段来到我院接受治疗的急性胰腺炎患者94例纳入到实验研究中来,并按其住院先后顺序进行随机分组,常规组辅以临床一般护理干预举措,试验组另加入个体化健康教育内容,对不同的护理效果进行总结。结果试验组患者的疾病知晓率、遵医行为和健康信念各项指标评价均要好于常规组,且试验组患者对护理服务护理满意度93.6%要好于常规组的72.3%(P<0.05),提示统计意义巨大。结论在对急性胰腺炎患者的护理干预中行个体化健康教育,有利于提高患者遵医行为、加强对疾病的了解,从而促进患者康复。 Objective To observe the effect of individualized health education in the nursing intervention of acute pancreatitis. Methods 94 patients with acute pancreatitis who came to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the experimental study and randomized according to their hospitalization order. The routine group was supplemented with clinical In the general nursing intervention, the experimental group also added individualized health education content to summarize the different nursing effects. Results The disease awareness rate, compliance behavior and health beliefs of the experimental group were better than those of the conventional group, and the satisfaction rate of nursing service nursing in the experimental group was 93.6% better than that in the conventional group(72.3%, P<0.05). The prompt statistics are of great significance. Conclusion Individualized health education in the nursing intervention of patients with acute pancreatitis is conducive to improving patients’ compliance behavior and understanding of the disease, thus promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
