摘要
目的探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染诊断中快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测的效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月我院收治的肺炎支原体感染患儿100例,通过快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养进行检测,比较两种的检出情况。结果两种检测法的阳性检出率相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),5-8岁年龄段的患儿中检出率最高。结论微生物快速培养检测法的阳性检出率高于快速血清学检验法,特别是在5-8岁年龄段的患儿中,其效果更明显。
Objective To investigate the effects of rapid serological test and rapid microbial culture test in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods 100 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018, through rapid serological tests and Microbial rapid culture was tested and the two detections were compared. Results The positive detection rate of the two detection methods was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the detection rate was the highest among the children aged 5-8 years. Conclusion The positive detection rate of microbial rapid culture detection method is high. In the rapid serological test, especially in children aged 5-8 years, the effect is more obvious.
