孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma in Children

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效;方法选取我院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿100例随机分为观察组(常规治疗)和对照组(孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗)各50例,对比两组效果;结果两组的总有效率以及FEV、PEF、FEV%、临床症状缓解、消失时间、治疗时间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论布地奈德与孟鲁司特钠联合治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘,能够缓解哮喘症状,减少治疗时间。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods One hundred children with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(conventional treatment) and control group(monicill sodium combined with budesonide treatment) for 50 cases. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and the difference of FEV, PEF, FEV%, clinical symptom relief, disappearance time and treatment time were statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Budesonide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma can alleviate asthma symptoms and reduce treatment time.
