股骨颈骨折患者术后分期护理对髋关节功能的影响

Effect of Postoperative Staging on Hip Joint Function in Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的研究对接受手术治疗的股骨颈骨折患者实施术后分期护理的效果。方法选择我院2016年2月至2018年5月中的88例股骨颈骨折患者进行研究,按照患者术后接受的不同护理方式进行分组,观察组44例、对照组44例,分别接受术后分期护理、术后常规护理,比较两组效果。结果观察组护理1周、2周后髋关节功能评分为(78.42±6.92)分、(81.33±7.40)分,对照组(69.85±5.76)分、(73.33±6.57)分,P<0.05;观察组术后并发症为4.55%,对照组发生率25%(χ2=7.3108,P=0.0069)。结论术后分期护理用于股骨颈骨折患者中能够更明显改善患者髋关节功能,减少术后并发症,加快术后恢复,可进行推广。

Objective To study the effect of postoperative staging on patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing surgery. Methods Eighty-eight patients with femoral neck fractures from February 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. The patients were divided according to different nursing methods. 44 patients in the observation group and 44 patients in the control group received postoperative, staged care, postoperative routine care, compare the effects of the two groups.
