Analysis of Adverse Reactions Caused by Different Blood Products In Clinical Application

目的通过对不同血液制品在临床应用中引起的不良反应进行调查分析,为制订降低输血不良发生率的对策提供有效依据。方法本中心血站于2017年5月至2017年12月间收集的不同血液制品进行治疗的662例患者纳入研究,对患者输血过程中所发生的不良反应分别进行统计与分析。结果经统计662例输血患者,共有11例(1.66%)出现不良反应,其中输注悬浮红细胞的有172例,5例(2.91%)出现不良反应,输注冷沉淀凝血因子的有223例,4例(1.79%)出现不良反应,输注洗涤红细胞的有154例,1例(0.65%)出现不良反应,输注浓缩血小板的有113例,1例(0.88%)出现不良反应。结论在临床输血治疗中,血站应不断提升成分制备技术,提高血液制品质量,同时医师也要掌握患者输血适应症,提倡自体输血方法,以进一步降低输血不良反应发生率,确保患者的输血治疗的安全性。

Objective To investigate and analyze the adverse reactions caused by different blood products in clinical application, and provide an effective basis for formulating countermeasures to reduce the incidence of poor transfusion. Methods A total of 662 patients with different blood products collected from May 2017 to December 2017 were included in the study. The adverse reactions during the transfusion were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 662 cases of transfusion were counted, and 11 cases(1.66%) had adverse reactions. Among them, 172 cases were infused with suspended red blood cells, 5 cases(2.91%) had adverse reactions, and 223 cases were infused with cryoprecipitate factor. Adverse reactions occurred in 4 patients(1.79%). There were 154 patients who washed red blood cells, 1 patient(0.65%) had adverse reactions, 113 patients received infusion of concentrated platelets, and 1 patient(0.88%) had adverse reactions. Conclusion In clinical transfusion therapy, blood stations should continuously improve the preparation technology of components and improve the quality of blood products. At the same time, physicians should also master the indications of transfusion of patients and promote autologous blood transfusion methods to further reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to transfusion and to ensure the safety of patients with blood transfusion therapy.
