探讨喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠对治疗住院双相躁狂患者的有效性与安全性

To Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Quetiapine Combined with Sodium Valproate in the Treatment of Hospitalized Bipolar Mania Patients

目的研讨临床对住院双相躁狂患者应用喹硫平+丙戊酸钠联合治疗的临床有效性及安全性。方法随机抽选于2017年8月至2018年7月我院收治的78例住院双相躁狂患者,随机分为两组。研究组(n=39)应用喹硫平+丙戊酸钠联合治疗,对照组(n=39)应用喹硫平治疗。评价及比较两组的治疗有效性、杨氏躁狂量表评分(YMRS评分)、BRMS评分、治疗安全性。结果研究组的治疗有效性较对照组高(P<0.05);相比于对照组,研究组的YMRS评分、BRMS评分得到明显减少P<0.05);研究组的治疗安全性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床对住院双相躁狂患者应用喹硫平+丙戊酸钠联合治疗,可增强治疗有效性,提升患者的认知功能,是一种有效性高、安全性高的理想治疗方式。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of clinical combination of quetiapine + sodium valproate in hospitalized patients with bipolar mania. Methods A total of 78 hospitalized bipolar manic patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups. The study group(n=39) was treated with quetiapine plus sodium valproate, and the control group(n=39) was treated with quetiapine. Evaluate and compare the treatment effectiveness of the two groups, the Young’s Mania Scale score(YMRS score), BRMS score, and treatment safety. Results The therapeutic effectiveness of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the YMRS score and BRMS score of the study group were significantly reduced(P<0.05). The treatment safety of the study group was higher than that of the control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of quetiapine + sodium valproate in the treatment of hospitalized bipolar mania can enhance the effectiveness of treatment and improve the cognitive function of patients. It is an ideal treatment method with high effectiveness and high safety.
