妇炎消胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of Fuyanxiao Capsule Combined with Nifuratel in the Treatment Of Bacterial Vaginosis

目的分析妇炎消胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素在细菌性阴道炎患者中的临床疗效。方法选取所在医院收治的78例细菌性阴道炎患者作为观察对象,随机分组,观察组采用妇炎消胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素,对照组单独服用硝呋太尔制霉素,对比2组产患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率达到94.87%,明显高于对照组(69.23%),组间差异显著显(P<0.05);2组患者用药治疗期间,均未产生严重不良反应;观察组阴道黏膜恢复正常、分泌物减少、瘙痒控制的时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇炎消胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素,治疗细菌性阴道炎,可产生良好治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Fuyanxiao Capsule combined with nifuratel in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods A total of 78 patients with bacterial vaginosis admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with Fuyanxiao capsule combined with nifuratel, and the control group was treated with nifuratel. The clinical treatment effect of the group of patients. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.23%). The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). There was no serious adverse reaction during the treatment of the two groups. The time of mucosal recovery, secretion reduction and pruritus control were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Fuyanxiao capsule combined with nifuratel for the treatment of bacterial vaginitis can produce good therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
