头孢曲松钠、炎琥宁(注射液)联合治疗小儿急性肺炎效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Ceftriaxone Sodium And Yanhuning(Injection) in the Treatment of Acute Pneumonia in Children

目的探讨分析头孢曲松钠、炎琥宁(注射液)联合治疗小儿急性肺炎的效果。方法选取134例急性肺炎患儿,随机平均分成对照组与观察组,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组应用头孢曲松钠,而观察组联合应用头孢曲松钠与炎琥宁,7 d后对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿退热、止咳、啰音消失、胸片炎症吸收时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),两组患儿治疗期间均未出现明显用药不良反应。结论联合应用头孢曲松钠、炎琥宁(注射液)治疗小儿急性肺炎的疗效确切,可迅速改善患儿临床症状与体征,并且用药安全性高,可在临床中进行推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of ceftriaxone sodium and Yanhuning(injection) in the treatment of acute pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 134 children with acute pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group. On the basis of routine treatment, ceftriaxone sodium was used in the control group. The observation group was combined with ceftriaxone sodium and Yanhuning. After 7 days, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The fever, cough, sputum disappearance and the absorption time of chest radiograph were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P< 0.05). There were no significant adverse drug reactions during the treatment period in both groups. Conclusion The combination of ceftriaxone sodium and Yanhuning(injection) is effective in the treatment of children with acute pneumonia. It can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children, and it is safe to use and can be promoted in the clinic.
