Effect of Psychological Nursing Strategy on the Improvement of Bad Psychology in Patients with Vitiligo

目的研究心理护理策略对白癜风患者不良心理的改善效果。方法按照计算机表法的方式将2017年3月至2018年3月在我院进行治疗的100例白癜风患者均分成研究组和参照组,每组各50例患者。两组患者均接受常规治疗和护理,研究组患者在此基础上再接受心理护理策略干预,对比两组患者护理后不良心理的改善情况以及治疗疗效和护理满意度。结果根据调查结果显示,护理前两组患者抑郁评分以及焦虑评分数据对比差异不明显,P>0.05;护理模式后,两组抑郁评分以及焦虑评分对比,参照组改善程度差于研究组,组间对比差异性显著(P<0.05);满意度以及治疗效果分析,参照组差于研究组,两组对比统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论将护理干预模式应用于白癜风病症患者中,患者的不良心理反应有所改善,同时还能够明显提高患者的护理满意度以及治疗疗效,临床效果较为显著,应当推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing strategies on the improvement of bad psychology in patients with vitiligo. Methods 100 patients with vitiligo who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into study group and reference group according to computerized method, with 50 patients in each group. Both groups received routine treatment and nursing. The patients in the study group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of this, comparing the improvement of adverse psychology after treatment and the treatment efficacy and nursing satisfaction. Results According to the survey results, there was no significant difference in the scores of depression scores and anxiety scores between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05. After the nursing model, the depression scores and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared, and the improvement of the reference group was worse than that of the study group. The difference of contrast was significant(P<0.05). the satisfaction and treatment effect analysis, the reference group was worse than the study group, and the two groups had statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention mode is applied to patients with vitiligo, and the patient’s adverse psychological reaction is improved. At the same time, the patient’s nursing satisfaction and therapeutic effect can be significantly improved. The clinical effect is more obvious and should be promoted and applied.
